REMOTE | B2B Sales | Marketing & Outreach | Services Division
Moto.Red Design House LLC is seeking motivated and resourceful Sales Representatives to join our remote Services Division. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping a growing design and marketing company rebuild and expand after facing a challenging decade.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, connecting businesses with high-quality services, and helping clients thrive. In this role, you’ll enjoy an extremely flexible schedule, a $500/month base pay, and a commission structure designed to reward results.
Your efforts as a Sales Representative will make a tangible impact on our growth while opening new opportunities for you to advance your career. This role is relationship-focused and intentionally flexible, giving you the freedom to work at your own pace. It’s also a role you can take ownership of. As Moto.Red expands, your earnings and responsibilities will grow along with the company.
Compensation
Base Pay
- $500/month to support your lead generation and outreach efforts.
Commission + Bonus Opportunities
- 20% on the first project sale with a new client. (Typical initial project packages range from $1,000–$15,000.)
- 10% on additional projects with the same client during their first year. This is often when clients invest the most as we set them up for long-term success.
- Performance-Based Bonuses for exceeding expectations and fostering satisfied, long-term client relationships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Generating and nurturing leads by reaching out to businesses that would benefit from Moto.Red’s design and marketing services.
- Marketing additional services based on the expressed needs of each lead.
- Building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Acting as the primary contact to introduce Moto.Red’s offerings and align them with client needs.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.

REMOTE | Project Manager + Client Relations | Services Division
Moto.Red Design House LLC is seeking a resourceful Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, seamless project execution, and strong collaboration between clients, the sales team, and the design team.
We value integrity, ethics, and collaboration. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, connecting businesses with high-quality services, and helping clients thrive. In this role, you’ll enjoy an extremely flexible schedule that allows you to engage with clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 1 PM and 4 PM.
We are seeking a Project Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to build meaningful relationships with clients. You will ensure the success of client projects by managing relationships, defining project scopes, and keeping deliverables on track.
Compensation
Base Pay
- $500/month for up to 20 work hours.
Commission + Bonus Opportunities
- Performance-Based Bonuses for exceeding expectations and fostering satisfied, long-term client relationships. Up to 10% of all projects for the life of the clients you manage while you are employed with us.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery.
- Collaborating with clients to define project needs, deliverables, and scope, ensuring expectations are clear and achievable.
- Providing updates and gathering feedback at key stages of the project to maintain alignment and ensure client satisfaction.
- Following up after project completion to address any remaining needs, gauge satisfaction, and identify future opportunities.
- Working with the sales team to define and finalize project scopes, ensuring accurate quotes and deliverables.
- Managing and communicating deliverable timelines to clients and team members, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Reviewing completed deliverables before presenting them to clients, ensuring they meet Moto.Red’s high standards.
- Acting as a bridge between the sales and design teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and a seamless client experience.
- Identifying additional client needs during project execution and escalating them to the sales team or creating new project scopes and invoices as needed.
- Helping facilitate the transition from project completion to new opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships.
