Lady Reflexo

Trinda Hartman is a Washington State licensed massage therapist, certified reflexologist, Dien Chan facial reflexology practitioner, and EarSeeds certified ear acupressure specialist offering eight distinct modalities from her studio in Edmonds, Washington.

Before working with Moto.Red, Trinda had been practicing for years under two different business names with no defined visual identity, no dedicated website, and no clear path for new clients to find her beyond word of mouth.

We took a nickname she was already known by, turned it into her cosmic superhero alter ego, Lady Reflexo, secured the domain, and built her entire brand from there. Logo, color palette, typography, voice, website design, photography, print design, signage, and every word of copy to tell the story.

We developed the Cosmic Services framework together to unify her diverse modalities under one signature experience, giving the brand a language as distinctive as the work itself.

Implementing Acuity Scheduling brought structure to a complex booking system. Clients can now browse all eight modalities, stack services, select add-ons, extend session time, confirm, and pay in a single seamless flow without support intervention.

In 2025, Lady Reflexo was named Winner for Best Massage Therapy in the Best of Edmonds Awards. A direct reflection of a brand that finally matched the caliber of the practitioner behind it.

A cosmic heart with dimensional depth.

The Lady Reflexo logo was designed to carry the same energy as the practitioner behind it. The three-dimensional heart form reflects the care and intuition at the center of her work, while the embedded sparkle and star motifs establish the cosmic identity that runs through every touchpoint of the brand. The arched wordmark and service ribbon create a self-contained badge that scales cleanly from a business card to a storefront sign. Six variations were developed for full flexibility across applications: full color, knockout white, teal solid, grayscale, and extended service lockups.

Therapeutic tones that breathe and heal.

The palette flows from a pale, luminous mint through rich seafoam greens into a deep, grounding teal. Each stop in the gradient was selected to evoke calm, balance, and the healing energy central to Trinda’s practice. All colors were specified in both Pantone and Hexadecimal Web values for consistent reproduction across print and digital applications.

Beyond the core identity, we designed a full suite of physical collateral to support Trinda’s practice. Business cards in both crisp white and signature teal gradient versions ensure every client interaction leaves a lasting impression. Promotional materials for her specialized Auriculotherapy (Ear Seeds) service were designed to educate and invite, maintaining visual consistency while clearly communicating the benefits of this distinctive modality.

We clarified the brand’s direction and brought Trinda’s diverse skills together under the Lady Reflexo identity, turning a word-of-mouth practice into an award-winning, recognizable wellness brand in the Edmonds community. The cohesive design system and strategic positioning elevated her professional presence and created a welcoming, cosmic space for her clients to find balance and healing.
