About Our Client
Stellar Directive, founded by Certified Master Hypnotist Danielle Jimenez, empowers individuals to unlock their potential and achieve transformative life changes through advanced holistic practices. Offering hypnosis, dreamwork, past life regression, future progression, distance Reiki, and more, Stellar Directive provides tailored virtual and in-person sessions to support each client’s unique journey. Combining spiritual exploration with professional guidance, the practice creates a nurturing and empowering space for growth and transformation.
Challenge
The project involved overcoming several key challenges. The first was to create a brand identity that authentically represented Danielle’s vision while ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms. This required redesigning the logo, refining the color palette, and crafting a unified aesthetic. Another challenge was establishing an intuitive user journey for the website, strategically placing clear call-to-actions, and optimizing navigation to reduce abandonment rates. Developing service pages that simplified complex holistic concepts while maintaining a warm, empathetic tone also addressed the need for engaging and educational content. Additionally, the creation of digital products, such as eBooks and workbooks, along with physical goods like the Dream Oracle Deck and informational brochures, deepened client connections and reinforced trust in the brand.
Outcome
The project successfully established Stellar Directive as a trusted leader in holistic wellness. The cohesive brand identity and immersive website increased client engagement and expanded the practice’s reach. The custom-designed Acuity Scheduling system streamlined appointment booking for in-office, virtual, and email-based services, saving administrative time and enhancing the client experience. Digital and physical products, such as the Dream Oracle Deck and educational eBooks, provide lasting value to clients while strengthening their connection to the brand.
Project Overview
Stellar Directive needed a cohesive brand identity and digital presence that reflected the depth and transformative power of its services. As a new startup, the goal was to craft an immersive experience for clients that balanced clean, calming aesthetics with clear, user-focused functionality. A fully responsive website, comprehensive booking system, and captivating marketing collateral were developed to resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
Direction
The project began with the reimagining of Stellar Directive’s brand identity. A celestial-inspired logo was developed, incorporating soft, ethereal elements that reflected the transformative nature of Danielle’s work while maintaining brand recognition. The refined color palette and typography choices conveyed a sense of calm and professionalism, resonating with the target audience. For the website, a responsive design on Wix ensured accessibility across all devices, with thoughtfully structured pathways to guide users through service offerings, testimonials, and booking options. Service pages were carefully written to demystify holistic practices, presenting them in an approachable and engaging manner. Digital and print collateral, including brochures, business cards, and event materials, were designed to provide consistent touchpoints that reinforced the brand’s themes of healing and transformation.

Brand Identity
The Stellar Directive brand was created with a celestial aesthetic that embodies Danielle’s focus on spiritual growth and healing. The reimagined logo incorporated soft, ethereal elements, balancing professionalism with warmth. The carefully selected color palette and typography ensured consistency across all platforms, creating a calming and cosmic theme that resonated with the audience. Custom icons and graphics tied all elements together, providing a unified and professional identity. To honor the original logo created by a close friend of Danielle’s, key aspects were preserved and refined to ensure consistency, sentimentality, and alignment with the updated brand identity.

Website Design & Development
The Stellar Directive website was designed to deliver an intuitive and seamless user experience while capturing the essence of the brand. Built on Wix, the site guides visitors through Danielle’s offerings with thoughtfully structured pathways to explore services, read testimonials, and book sessions with ease. The responsive design ensures accessibility on all devices, while custom-designed graphics, calming color schemes, and elegant typography create a visually engaging atmosphere. By combining functionality with artistry, the website provides an immersive experience that reflects the transformative nature of Danielle’s work.
Every piece of content on the Stellar Directive website was crafted to connect deeply with its audience. Service pages were written with precision, using warm and empathetic language to make concepts like past life regression and dreamwork accessible and inviting. The copy highlights the benefits of each service, positioning Stellar Directive as a trusted leader in holistic wellness. Additional scripts were created for email-based services, providing clarity and guidance for clients throughout their journey. Future projects include video ad scripts to expand the brand’s reach and engagement across social media platforms.
To expand Stellar Directive’s reach, a unique suite of email-based services was developed, including Distance Reiki, Dream Queries, and Soul Card Readings. These services were thoughtfully designed to provide value for remote clients, with custom graphics and engaging copy that highlight their accessibility and impact. This new offering allows Danielle to connect with a broader audience while maintaining the personalized care her clients value.
Ruby transformed my DIY Wix website into a beautifully designed, engaging, and easy-to-navigate web presence. She listened to what I needed and made everything better than I expected. My audience has consistently praised the visuals and copywriting.
Enhanced Booking System
A tailored Acuity Scheduling system was implemented to accommodate the practice’s diverse offerings. Local sessions prioritized in-office appointments, virtual options were optimized for remote clients, and email-based services included automated steps followed by personalized delivery. Custom email sequences for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups enhanced the client experience and streamlined administrative tasks, resulting in a highly efficient and user-friendly system.
The new Acuity Scheduling setup is better than the original through Wix, and Ruby set everything up for me to make it as turnkey as possible: services, graphics, client emails, automation, availability, segmentation, follow-ups, etc. It’s like having a front desk assistant and client relationship manager on autopilot!
Collateral Design
An extensive range of collateral was created to ensure a consistent and professional brand presence. Gift cards, business cards, and social media banners were carefully designed to reflect the brand’s transformative themes. Informational one-pagers, such as the referral process guide, were created with clear layouts to effectively communicate key details. Event workbooks, postcards, thank-you cards, and invoice templates extended Stellar Directive’s presence across all platforms. Each piece reinforces the brand’s focus on healing and transformation, creating a cohesive and memorable experience for clients.
Product Design
A bespoke Dream Oracle Deck was created as a flagship product for Stellar Directive. The deck blends Danielle’s insights with captivating visuals, offering clients a tangible tool for self-discovery and spiritual growth. Additional digital products, such as e-books, were designed as extensions of her offerings, combining her expertise with elegant, accessible formats that provide lasting value.
Dream Oracle Deck
The deck blends Danielle’s insights with The Dream Cards Oracle Deck facilitates dreamwork and exploration of the subconscious mind, helping users navigate their psyche’s light and dark sides. Each card offers insights and guidance for understanding dreams, managing inner conflicts, and harnessing the power of dreams for personal growth. The deck features beautifully illustrated cards with imagery and affirmations for deeper reflection and provides tools for emotional healing and spiritual insight.
eBooks and Workbooks
These products were designed to provide clients with accessible, value-packed resources that extend their transformational journey beyond individual sessions. Each eBook was thoughtfully written and formatted to align with the brand’s ethereal and professional aesthetic, blending educational content with captivating visuals. Workbooks were crafted to be interactive tools that guide clients through exercises and reflections, reinforcing the insights and techniques offered during sessions.
